They are definitely committed to acting like they care about people. Unfortunately for them it's all about Nice words over actions. They are less interested in helping patients and more interested in obscure ridiculous over-enforced policies. On top of that, if you look at the ratings they have, they are clearly not interested in improving. I was wondering why they had such low ratings.. now I know..the worst drs office I have ever been too.. can’t even get prescriptions right
Waited on hold repeatedly and no one answers the phone. So much for my psychiatric emergency. Can't get ahold of anyone! I've waited on hold all damn day and no one has picked up! Awful for psychiatric care, I will not be back!
Honestly am not happy with this place, and will probably end up switching. The receptionists are polite and professional, but the PA I was seeing was most certainly not. Hopefully they hire someone more qualified for the job.
the appt scheduling is through an off site call center & they will leave you on hold for an hour no cares in the world. fiancé was just trying to get a prescription refilled through his provider and did not have any direct number.
