I want to share that my husband has been struggling with alcohol and came to see Sophia, he still has struggles but she has gone above and beyond to be there every way that she can. Her supervisor even stopped to help, I am extremely impressed by how attentive and compassionate they have been. Thank you again for being amazing and caring when you don’t have to.
PLEASE read each review because they ARE ALL CORRECT. I went to them in hopes of help and they seemed like they did at first. The show up when ever they please .... last minute house visits. And when you tell them MONTHS in advance your situation they WAIT till you're in that situation to even reach out and go how can I help. One day these people who claim they care about others will do their job and not just for the money.
They are definitely committed to acting like they care about people. Unfortunately for them it's all about Nice words over actions. They are less interested in helping patients and more interested in obscure ridiculous over-enforced policies. On top of that, if you look at the ratings they have, they are clearly not interested in improving.
