Super happy with the quality of our home! We worked with Tom. He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable.
The people that we worked with, John and Tom, were wonderful to work with. John made the process and paperwork easy. John did a great job of keeping us up to date every step of the way. Up to, during, and after closing on the house, Tom was responsive and made sure to address any issues or concerns we had. I texted Tom weeks (or months?) after closing and he was still responsive. We appreciated their customer service.
We purchased our D.R. Horton home almost one year ago, and we are so happy in our new home. Tom Totaro and his team were absolutely wonderful. We felt well taken care of, and Tom was always available to answer any of our questions as we settled in to our new house. Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive. He was a big part of helping me choose the right home and navigate the process.
I love my home but not so happy with the my circuit breaker’s popped everyday for last two months from the other house being built across the way and my power bill is double because of it not sure if they are tapping into my power to build them.
