Mountain Havens team was great to work with. From the initial property walkthrough, to maintenance required during our stay. They were easy and quick to respond to our requests. I would highly recommend working with their team.
We have been working with Sandra, Kim, and Jackie at Mountain Haven for almost a year now. Being from out of state and having had a bad experience with another property management company in the area, it has been like night and day and a breath of fresh air working with these people. They are the worse to work with. We are an older couple and have excellent credit. Previous homeowners and were looking for a rental while we shopped for a home. We have excellent rental history paying 3500 a month. When we reached out regarding some of the dumps they were trying to rent they stuck their nose up to us. We tried over and over with various properties and they always were too good to work with us. They also require 1st, last, and security deposit and the state has done away with this. After using a previous Evergreen rental company, which we found to be very difficult to work with, we have been incredibly happy with the care and concern that Sandra, and her crew at Mountain Haven.
