There are lots of property management companies out there but there are not a lot of good ones. I spent many years managing property myself as a profession and Sandra is I am happy to even better than I can manage my own property. They have been so helpful in getting work done, home services in the mountians can be difficult without relationships, coordinating with tennents, insurance claims and workers.
