I was a tenant with Mountain Haven for over two years and would say this is one of the best property management companies I've interacted with. They are fair, responsive, and take good care of their properties.
Mountain Haven has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team took very good care of our tenants working in both our best interest - a fine line to walk. When there were minor issues with the home that needed attention, the contractors not only did good work but also at a reasonable cost. As we live abroad, it is wonderful to know things will be taken care of during our absence and we would highly recommend the Mountain Haven team.

This company had my house as a rental. In that time they had a washer dryer put in that I paid for with no questions asked. All maintenance workers who work for this company are not qualified !! My dryer vent was not on vented outside so the put in a portable dryer vent that Sat on top and my once new house smelled moldy everywhere. I finally moved it to my house in April.
