Such a darling place!
Most positive reviews are from when management put out request for positive reviews for money. Parking? None. Water leak? Hmm not leaking now. It’s fine. Call back if starts again. I could go on but why bother. Nothing will change but they will tow your car. Not fix the parking for ghe people who pay the damn rent.

Fabian has been the best maintenance guy i ever delt with, he's very knowledgeable and on top of things such a pleasant face to see and so respectful. Kayla and Tye are so enjoyable to work with and be around, always happy and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help with everything, always willing to give a helping hand and make our community happier!
I recently did a walkthrough of Mountain Glenn apartments and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the property manager Kayla was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and provide a detailed tour of the amenities and living spaces. It really made me feel valued as a potential resident.
