I must say this is the most unprofessional leasing community ever. My family member lives here and they allowed an illegal incident to occur didn't want to take responsibility now decided too go against there original signed lease and is telling them they have to leave. My family has never been late on rent, follows all rules and guidelines, just because they reported the incident this is the repercussions they receive. Do not rent here!!! Worst management team!!!
I just have to preface this to mention that I have a family member that lives at this community and is completely unsatisfied with Dawn because of her unprofessionalism. She was raving about Mort and he is amazing all around. I don’t understand how Dawn is in management and Mort is not. He shows empathy, professionalism, and absolutely helpful in many aspects that Dawn lacks. Rude people that work here. I called several times and got hung up on transferred then hung up overall just a horrible experience the guy that works at this apartment is rude and needs to learn proper customer service
By far my best apartment living experience. Our leasing agent Kim has been great to us throughout our time living here, from move in to maintenance requests and anything in between. She and the maintenance team always respond in a timely manner and communication between the office and residents is impressing. They clean the buildings weekly, plenty of parking, neighborhood is friendly, kids can play outside without a problem, and police officers are always in the area making me feel even more secure.
