I have a family member who lives here and has had a terrible experience first was her vehicle and now In her unit she has issues including a faulty appliance. She has brought it to the leasing office attention a week ago and has yet to be resolved. It has come to point where she has to throw food out due to it becoming spoiled because of this issue. I never seen such a poorly ran community no wonder they have violations don’t move here.

I had a great experience living in this apartment. The management was very helpful, and the services were excellent. The place is clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

I must say this is the most unprofessional leasing community ever. My family member lives here and they allowed an illegal incident to occur didn't want to take responsibility now decided too go against there original signed lease and is telling them they have to leave. My family has never been late on rent, follows all rules and guidelines, just because they reported the incident this is the repercussions they receive. Do not rent here!!! Worst management team!!!

I just have to preface this to mention that I have a family member that lives at this community and is completely unsatisfied with Dawn because of her unprofessionalism. She was raving about Mort and he is amazing all around. I don’t understand how Dawn is in management and Mort is not. He shows empathy, professionalism, and absolutely helpful in many aspects that Dawn lacks.
