If I could give 0 stars I would. On our 60 day notice to Move out we signed a prorated Lasts months rent that was $1009. After we paid that they made up a imaginary $200 left on my balance and then gave me a late fee and tried to send it to my collections. Charging me for carpet replacement even though I paid a non refundedable pet deposit that that is covered under Nevada state law. Charging me for a little patch I patched myself to be painted for $162 that is no longer than 6 inches in any direction that is also covered un... read more

Resident was double charged a Month-to-Month fee, which was credited back, along with a credit for the late fee as a result of the double charge. Resident did pay a pet fee at move in; however, this does not cover cost of carpet damage as a result of the pet. There was obvious pet damage to the carpet, of which we have taken photos. Resident was charged a prorated amount for the damage.

Highly disgusted and disappointed on how my brother was treated by management. He went away for two weeks to come back to someone living in his apartment and all his belongings they discarded in the trash without any steps toward an proper eviction . They violated the federal eviction Covid-19 laws in which evictions are suspended. My brother is now displaced with none of his personal belongings. No clothes, furniture, personal items etc. Managements response was very unprofessional and presented no awnsers or solutions. Te... read more

There is a LOUD and aggressive alarm that goes off pretty often in one of their buildings - it’s gone off no less than 10 times this month alone. When it goes off, you can’t even sit in your apartment, it’s so loud and disruptive. No one in their office has addressed it with the residents, unless you call and complain, and even then, all they tell you is, “We’re working on it.” It’s been YEARS of the same thing, so either they don’t know how to fix it or it’s too expensive to fix and they don’t want to. When I moved back to Vegas I was looking for the right fit for my apartment. I found it at Mountain gate mountain trails!!! For the last six years, It was my home. As much as I love the convenience of the location and my view at my cute little place, What made it feel the most comforting for me was the people that were there. The apartment homes look great but the team is what makes it. The Property Manager, Tiffani, has done a wonderful job cultivating a great environment to live and work. I love them all!
