RecommendedThey are puntual and completed the job at the promised time. The lead technician kept me informed me of all the maintenance completed. I was charged the quoted amount.
They quoted me $249 the day he came over to give me a quote. I thought that was the total. It would be a few days to get the work done, they had to order parts. When they called to make the appointment, I asked again for the quoted price, it was much higher than the original quote. $375! She said that included labor, GREAT...You couldn't add that to the quote originally??? Yes I'm ticked. Went with another guy who fixed it the same day and for alot less.
Highly recommend this company for any garage door issues you have. The ownership is awesome and they are all very professional and prompt.
They are unprofessional - obviously don’t respond to Facebook messages, this page is here only as an advertising tool and isn’t monitored.
Very disappointed with lack of service. After waiting 5 days for service, they advise us they don't have the parts needed and will be delayed longer because they have to order them. Yet they have been here before and knew exactly what we had and needed replaced. I even told them on the phone. We went with someone else, would not recommend this company.
