Absolutely impossible to reach. Never answer phone, didn't return calls or messages sent thru their website. First available appointment MONTHS away. Only way I was able to find that out was to stop by and ask.
I have NEVER been to such a thorough eye exam! Most just do the norm and shuffle you off. This was a complete eye exam. No rush, everything explained and the staff and doctor were so nice and caring. Photos of your eyes, vision tests and cheeks for diabetes related problems. The doctor came in and tested my eye sight and then a lengthy process of determining my prescription. My name is Mike Brooks. I’m new to the area. My nose space broke. I could not hardly see to drive. These ladies were wonderful. They took care of . I walked out with my glasses fixed in the next couple of weeks. I will make an appointment for eye exam. I give them a 10 star.
All is good until you have to pay for the glasses. Never received an invoice with the costs, just notes for how much the "estimate" was going to be. The discrepancy was handled poorly, basically scrambling to try and make sense of the different costs. Beware
