Don't do what they were contracted for and still demand payment in full
We have no complaints, only praises for what Mountain View has accomplished. We now have an attractive 10 X 60 ft. wall that has solved an erosion problem and added value to our home. We are assured that design and construction meets all state and local codes as Mountain View employed an engineering firm to monitor all planning and construction. Amazing job with the snow removal in Shadow Woods during the Winter Storm Diego 2018. David and his crew did everything they possibly could to stay ahead of the massive amounts of snow that fell. Trees were down all around hampering both a safe and/or speedy removal, but they persevered! Being on the North side of any mountain requires patience in snow removal. It took the power company almost 4 days to restore my power! David’s crew did an outstanding job clearing my driveway! Yeah! Now I can go back to work!
Mountain View has the contract to remove snow in Shadow Woods sub division. Recently we had a huge storm. However the snow hasn’t fallen since the weekend and our road had not been cleared 72 hours after the snow stopped. Funny thing is, they had time to plow our road on Monday or even Tuesday (yesterday). They had a truck on site! Now I can’t get them to even call us back and I can’t get so much as a sincere apology for their having missed this. What they did say is “There’s nothing that can be done now. Hey David. Thanks for all your work over the past few days. When the weather was predicted to be only an inch and we had over 10 inches in our neighborhood you guys did a great job. Our roads are clear due to your working all those hours. Thanks.
David and his crew are great! They have the training and experience to accomplish what ever I asked them to do. They are polite, neat and always willing to accommodate me. I have used them for years and never been disappointed👏 They also do an excellent job for the Shadowwoods HOA. We are crazy about them!!!! As an extra skill, all the guys know how to deal with grumpy old people😜
