While the hygentist, Mrs. Candi Crawford, was extremely professional and a joy to work with. The office manager, Wendy Bird, was horrific. She became very aggressive with me when I did not want my 6 year old child walking to the back alone at her very first appointment at Mountain View Dental. I was informed that this procedure of not allowing me to walk my daughter to the back was due to Covid. RecommendedThis is a very warm, welcoming office. The staff is cheerful, personable and very good at their jobs. Dr Fischer does very good work without causing discomfort or anxiety. This office is especially good for kids - my family and I have been coming here for many years and we will definitely continue to do so.
BEWARE!!! Only 3 cancellations PER Family FOR any reason what so ever! They have no compassion for cancellations if your child is sick. The lady at the front desk/office manager "Wendy" is a doozy! She was very unprofessional & down right rude with every encounter. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Dr.Fisher and staff are very friendly as well as knowledgeable. In their office I feel very relaxed and confident in their care. Beautiful, clean and comfortable office atmosphere. A welcoming front desk staff who helped me with my dental insurance. I'll be referring my family soon.
Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but Dr. Fisher and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. My husband and 3 kids go here, too, and we have all been happy with everything.
Did an excellent job I had very little pain and suffering from my pulled teeth.
Dr. Fisher and his staff are wonderful!! They are so friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease!!
I was in and out the door in 40 minutes for a new patient appointment! It's clean, the staff were amazing, and I got to work on time!
