Hello, the operator hangs up on me every time I call and just keeps saying "okay, okay"; she doesn't even ask for a name or offer a greeting like "good morning" or "good afternoon"—it’s very unprofessional. Furthermore, my patient has been calling the health insurance provider for days; the insurer has been in contact with you and has provided all the necessary information and authorization for the patient's evaluation, yet you keep making up stories about calling back without actually doing so. Why do you do this?
