I’ve been a tenant here for a year now, always paying rent early or on time, and never had a complaint filed against me. Unfortunately, recent events have forced me to share my experience publicly. • Management: The property manager, is fantastic. She’s responsive, professional, and always returns calls in a timely manner. • Maintenance: The maintenance team is reliable and attentive. I do not recommend it. The apartment complex is loud, and I can't get any rest with loud music playing all the time. The apartment manager doesn't do anything to help. The laundry area is always trashed.

Roaches in buildings. All my neighbors in my building have roaches. They need to fumigate tent the whole building but don't do anything except spot fumigate each unit. This doesn't work. The roaches are in all of the walls. This complex has become increasingly disgusting because of the trash areas, lack of pool enforcement, parking, and roaches. It's no wonder they can't rent any buildings out while jacking up the rent prices over the last few years. This complex is completely neglected and mismanaged.

if your looking for somewhere to have a pool party come on down! neighbors have been getting drunk and leaving their liquor bottle at the pool area. They get rowdy and very noisy to the point where you want to call the police, if this continues hopefully someone will. management does not care or changes would have been made by now. they will let anyone rent here. laundry room is in use by pot smokers 24/7. the washers will decline your card then try to charge it after the decline. save your money. find a different place to r... read more
