Roaches in buildings. All my neighbors in my building have roaches. They need to fumigate tent the whole building but don't do anything except spot fumigate each unit. This doesn't work. The roaches are in all of the walls. This complex has become increasingly disgusting because of the trash areas, lack of pool enforcement, parking, and roaches. It's no wonder they can't rent any buildings out while jacking up the rent prices over the last few years. This complex is completely neglected and mismanaged.

if your looking for somewhere to have a pool party come on down! neighbors have been getting drunk and leaving their liquor bottle at the pool area. They get rowdy and very noisy to the point where you want to call the police, if this continues hopefully someone will. management does not care or changes would have been made by now. they will let anyone rent here. laundry room is in use by pot smokers 24/7. the washers will decline your card then try to charge it after the decline. save your money. find a different place to r... read more

Horrible place to live. During summer season the pool is packed and neighbors have their whole family come over leaving broken beer bottles and their trash in the pool area. The Jacuzzi was green for about a week until it was actually cleaned. People unplug the washers and dryers so no body can use them. They barely put smoke detectors in the wash rooms and the only reason they did is because people where smoking pot in there. Horrible! Kept most of my security deposit... It's a scam! Don't rent here... bad neighbors and slow Internet on top of everything else makes this place a NO GO ZONE! Just called the number below and had a very unpleasant phone call with a rude woman named Kim. Looks like I will be seeking legal representation to handle this matter! AGAIN... don't rent here!!!

We've lived here for a few years and this complex has become worse every year. We constantly have broken washing machines. We just gave up and got a laundry mat. We've had unresolved maintenance issues for 3 years and they always " miss " scheduled maintenance appointments. They don't enforce any parking or pool rules, it is a free-for-all. The big dog rule doesn't apply here so go ahead and bring your pit bulls. They also don't enforce the smoking cigarettes rule. Everyone smokes in their patio with no repercussions. Lastly... read more
