I saw this community's website and was very interested in all they have to offer. The unit floor plan and pricing are very much what I am looking for. The problem? It has proven impossible to reach anyone on the property. Calls go unanswered or the phone is busy. No one answered on a Saturday during what were posted as office hours. Do not rent here. My family and I moved out not to long ago. There is a family in building 965 right next to the pool. They are very loud and rowdy. They were the loudest people in the whole complex. These people are rude as well. When asked if they can keep it down they just laughed and harassed my husband and made crude comments toward him. Glad we moved. But not sure if these people are still there arguing and playing loud music and just harassing those around them.

We had an unexpected situation where our sliding glass door was damaged. Management handled it incredibly fast. Natalia is seriously on top of everything. She got maintenance over within minutes. Juan and Alex showed up and had the door replaced in about 15 minutes. They pulled a replacement from a vacant unit so we didn’t have to wait days for a vendor.
