We never made it past the rude girl at the front desk and we have attempted to see a therapist here twice. First time, we didnt have all required documentation and the girl was very standoffish. Second time, apparently we needed to be there half an hour early to do paperwork even though we were never told to do so and the girl was rude. I can not imagine how the therapist would have been when the front desk girl was as rude as she was. If I could give less stars I would! My daughter who has been diagnosed in the past with multiple mental issues. It is very difficult for her to reach out for help, BUT she did. However, THIS PLACE made her even worse. She went for her intake appointment and they asked her to leave without a referral to somewhere else or anything. Mind you she took and passed their drug test. They said they didn't feel comfortable taking her as a patient. What in the hell is a place like that supposed to do??
