Having a ridiculously hard time requesting old service records for a used Tacoma that I purchased last year in 2024. This was my first dealership experience and probably will never return to this branch. I’ve been ignored, told they would return my call multiple times and never would. Scheduling was a dream and service was fast and correct. Chris was responsive and helpful. Wish the surcharge for using credit cards would go away. Disservice to customers.
