Just a quick oil change and filter with a new fuel filter. Very nice interactions with the service manager and several advisors. Great doing business with our local dealership.
I have a 22 3500 and was having issues with the DEF system, My truck was 5 miles from going into limp mode. Chris at Mountain Chevrolet helped me get a rental car and was able to get my truck diagnosed quickly. They had the parts needed for repairs in stock and was able to get my truck in and it was ready to go same day. They even returned my rental for me. Chris kept me informed on everything, never once did i have to wonder or call and check. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICE
Chris in service was so great to work with. His communication was through the texting system was on point and I am very appreciative of this service. I had to reach out to him a week later and was still able to do so via this system. My truck had recalls that needed to be corrected and so far it seems that it was all taken care of! At my first repair estimate, I was quoted $3,000 to replace the turbo in my car. After further inspection, they realized I didn't need a new turbo, and the final invoice was only $1,000. I really appreciate the honesty of the mechanic, so I will buy another Chevy car from them.
