Set up my first AC unit in 2015 and they did great until it broke down in 2026 and they replaced it. I went with these guys because of the good job they did last time. They must’ve given me a dud of an AC unit because I’ve had nothing but problems with it since they installed it this summer. I got this new unit so that there wouldn’t be any problems with this heat and I’ve called the crew out to fix it 5 to 6 times already this summer after they just installed it a few months ago and it’s like they keep putting a Band-Aid on... read more
They helped fix another contractors mistakes. Very professional and friendly staff. They have earned all my future hvac business. Several years later we had them add return vents to three rooms with sun exposure, they said if I could wait till the slow season they'd give me a good deal. It was a great deal on great workmanship. They will always be my first call and recommend to anyone asking with confidence.
We had a guy come out and tell us our heater is too old to fix or clean and the air conditioning unit is all rusted through. That’s why it wasn’t working. So we were gonna get a new one. Had the sales guy come out and he was nice and walked us through how much it would be. About 14,000$ for both but was gonna pay it over 5 years. Cody came by yesterday and was super respectful and kind! He was able to quickly solve our problem with the AC's condensate pump, and was informative too.
When you get fianced thru ""them"" mountain home services they end up going thru a totally different company called service fiance Co LLC based out of boca raton Florida. OK fine whatever. Then comes the surprise!!!!! They put a lein on your house! Even with a credit score of almost 820. The last place that I had do work on my home (fluent solar) did this same thing.
