This review is for Drew Tubbs! My mother in law in the SLC area needed her furnace looked at. They called around and had a local company come out, and they had told her that her 12 year old furnace needed to be replaced because the blower motor was making noise during start up. We decided to call other local HVAC companies to see what they had to say about it. Really appreciate the service provided by Chad Snider. Absolute professional who not only came out to make sure the system was ok, but was willing to educate me as to how the system itself works. Can't say enough good things.
Used to use them and they were awesome. But it has gone downhill. Now they constantly spam you and try to get you to subscribe to their "maintenance" package. Then if you actually have them do a tune up they start telling you that you need thousands in repairs. I turned down the "repairs". That was 2 years ago and its still going strong. I mean... if you have a problem they will probably do a good job fixing it. You just have to be strong or they will talk you into paying for all kinds of stuff you dont need.
This company is now named Mountain Home Services. Their plumbers came out on the weekend and installed a tankless water heater for my neighbor who had been without hot water. They did a great job. Can't wait to have them do mine.
