Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Scheduled a diagnostic visit and was told they’d come between noon and 5pm. By 5pm, no one had called and certainly no one had come. I call and they tell me that they are still coming, but it would closer to 7pm. I understand that delays can happen, but there was zero communication from their end, so I was frustrated but felt assured that they would still fulfill the appointment. Bryce Nichols was a great technician and was fast and super nice. I also appreciate the do what he had to do and did not push selling me anything. He also tolerated by loud dogs.

UPDATE: The simple fix that I was told was supposed to fix the fireplace, was indeed simple. However, it was not the problem. I still can't get the fireplace to work. I paid for Mike to come look at it and then tell me how to fix it myself, but what he told me to replace wasn't even the problem. I guess I should have had him fix it, so he would have seen it wasn't the problem, but he would have charged me over $100—on top of what I already paid for the house visit—to replace something that cost me under $30 to replace... I called Mountain air because of their stellar reviews. And I definitely had a five star stellar service today. Solomon came and spent a very long time figuring out how to get my air conditioning working. I was told it was not fixable, but he got it working! Definitely will call them again when I need to replace my system! Five star service!

Honesty is not their policy. Tech came out to check my furnace, talked me into some package that included an A/C tuneup. When it came time to do the A/C tuneup, I called and scheduled it. The rep on the phone said they would clean the coils and put my AC unit back together again. Two techs came out, which just doesn't make sense, BECAUSE THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They didn't know, but I watched them through my window the whole time. They took the cover off and my instruction manual was still under the cover. They threw th... read more
