Absolutely disgraceful. The only time the 'doctor' Simon Chan actually contacted patient's guardian was as my 94 year old father was being wheel by ambulance out of MT WIlga back into Emergency - he declined incredibly within 6 days at being at Mt Wilga. Dr NEVER avaiable despite numerous requests to speak with him. Lucky if you could find a nurse and when you did, they were not willing to update on situation. My elderly father was transferred to Mt Wilga - I have NEVER been so disgusted with his care. The supposide doctor Simon Chan only ever spoke to me as my father was being wheeled out on stretcher back to an Emergency hospital despite continually asking to speak with him duing the 7 days my father was there. Aside from the ellusive Simon Chan, you were lucky if you could actually get any information from the Nursing staff.
