This place is worse than the post office. Didn’t think that was possible but yeah that’s what happens when you have the government handle something. No wonder veterans are offing themselves in record numbers. Guess the expired Easter candy they had out for us to snack on was supposed to make up for it!
Who am I but I do find that if you are polite and friendly with the staff at the va JUST like the clinic in Mt Vernon they WILL reply in kind. the people here are pleasant but Like ANYONE at work busy!
