Who am I but I do find that if you are polite and friendly with the staff at the va JUST like the clinic in Mt Vernon they WILL reply in kind. the people here are pleasant but Like ANYONE at work busy!
I'm so tired of dealing with the va served my country for my country to fail me the va Healthcare is a joke and just after the next paycheck not treating veterans.
They get me appointments as fast as possible, call for openings, extremely polite workers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my VA healthcare.
Any va is awful. Every policy they have is writen to specificaly discourage vets from seeking treatment. Illegals receive better health care.
