This practice has gone down hill in the last 18 months, not sure what’s happened but all I know is that all the new admin / receptionist staff are absolutely rude and condescending. Expect for the older blonde lady that has been there for many years, she is absolutely wonderful and always takes time to help me. The new staff could definitely take some tips from her. Stop hiring these horrible people!!!!
