The service and support provided me are exceptional. When I have a question or concern the response from Carlos has always been patient, considerate and professional. And I am completely satisfied with the appearance and maintenance of the storage facility in Live Oak.
Great safe location . Great customer service
Not happy about the price increase…after my initial 3 months the cost was raised by 36%. If it was, there is no indication that the price was an introductory price. It’s a decent storage facility, but doesn’t warrant the increased price nor are the amenities comparable to those priced at this new price point. I would not recommend them.
Just wanted to say Joseph was very helpful when i visited last week, helping me pick the right unit for what i needed. And i love how clean and organized everything was in the building. Will buy from you all again. 5 stars!!
