Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Got me into fast track a few minutes after I arrived. Don't always get bills in time.
Horrible birth experience. Treated poorly by careless staff, from the moment we walked in main entrance to the floor nurses and CNA's when we asked for water and a towel. Every one was so stressed they were borderline hostile to the laboring women! I will never recommend this place to have a baby.
I had to visit fast response... every one was nice, helpful and I feel like I had the best doctor! Thank you Dr.Lanigan!
I HATE THE ER... Security are nicer and more helpful.
I went to the ER for pain on my left foot after days of it being injured. The nurse's took me to get X~Ray done, all is fine just a bit of redness and pain for putting pressure & not letting the foot rest awhile. Overall, I was given a heavy volume of medication for the pain. Mount Sinai Roosevelt Hospital is a place I recommend to everyone looking for a place that cares. :-) ;-)
Will give it a try. Did not like clinic when wad just Roosevelt - hopefully quality of care has improved
