Love the hospital... from the greeting personal to the food servers, doctors , nurses everyone .. they are always so happy and willing to go out there way to help and served you...
The Staff from admission all the way down to food service & house keeping were exceptional !! I was just in this facility for a surgical operation of my Cervical Spine (ACDF)levels 4,5,6 ...The professionalism of everyone that was involved was a real pleasure to experience . Such a caring staff , from the day shift to the night shift .....without skipping a beat !! The ER was good. As soon as my mother was admitted, though, care went downhill fast. Pain management lied to me, and I came in to find my mother vomiting, dirty, and without her pain medicine, despite assurances from the pain management doctors the night before. Not acceptable.
This is our 3rd grandchild...and all.the staff are excellent and professional especially Karen.,RN...she's an asset to the team...Considering my wife and I are also RN from New Mexico visiting......Teamwork is the key...Again thanks a lot Mount Sinai Hospital..Job well done..!!!
Adept and professional - from the security guard downstairs to the receptionist upstairs to the lady taking my blood to my oncologist and even the worker who made my next appt. <3
