You will wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and that's only if the doctor actually shows up. Yes, I kid you not, Dr. Sterling is sometimes hours late, hours!!!
I am very disappointed with the treatment at this facility. I am embarrassed for Paul Agnelli, who calls himself a doctor but does not know how to work with his patients and diminishes their feelings. Therapy here is also subpar.
Very rude staff from all clinics. Doesn't really believe in individuality to say the least, LOL
dont go here they dont care about patient care… dr Agnelli just dismisses you if ur going through something and just rolls his eyes everytime u say a word why bother ? He made me feel much worse like if what i was saying wasn’t valid or like i was just nagging ! Doctors now a days really dont care go where you feel validated because its definitely not here!
These people never can answer a damn phone omg. If you need prescriptions or anything don’t bother calling them because you will not be answered.
