The nursing staff is very nice and caring. They always celebrate my child when we have a visit. Give cute gifts sometimes and have very kind words but Dr. Santana Guillen can make you feel like you're not doing good enough as a parent. She is incredibly rigid and doesn't listen to the concerns of the parent all the time. She acts like because she's a doctor it automatically trumps what I know about my child as a parent. Dont go here Dr Agnelli is the worst does not consider patients feelings. Im on ssi he thought i was on ssd an he goes you hv to work eventually instead of trying to " get that money" i go ive been on ssi since 2009 an whats that suppossed to mean? If you need a counselor they wont gv you one unless its a crisis an only assign for 6 monthes regardless whats going on. I do not recommend.
You will wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and that's only if the doctor actually shows up. Yes, I kid you not, Dr. Sterling is sometimes hours late, hours!!!
I am very disappointed with the treatment at this facility. I am embarrassed for Paul Agnelli, who calls himself a doctor but does not know how to work with his patients and diminishes their feelings. Therapy here is also subpar.
