This place has been the worst Hospital experience we have ever had anywhere. Just an absolute nightmare.
Between my mom, son, mother, and myself, I have been to the ER at SNCH many times. We have always had an excellent experience and very good care. My mom is currently in SNCH for respiratory distress, and is doing extremely well because of the extraordinarily good care from the nursing staff in particular.
The people you have working in your offices are incompetent!
Brought my father in for back pain. We initially saw a PA who ordered a urinalysis and xrays. However, my father has not history of symptoms associated with kidney stones or trauma which is what they were looking for. My father was screaming and writhing on the stretcher in pain. The PA told the RN to start an IV line and he would give medications. When the attending, Dr. Kontonotas heard this she flipped out.
