Dr Jorge Lampreabe - I want to start by giving a special shoutout to the front desk staff — I arrived a little late to my appointment, and they went out of their way to make it work so I wouldn’t lose my slot. I had a deeply unprofessional experience with Dr. Andrea Rodriguez. My first in-person appointment started 45 minutes late, and my subsequent video visit never happened at all! No call or explanation was provided. Furthermore, I reached out via MyChart with a message and never received a response. I felt there was a total lack of compassion and professional reliability. I would not recommend this practice.
The office has to be able to answer all incoming call- The call center transfer calls to the PCP office to no avail. They don't return calls- I am talking specifically about the Coral Gables office, Dr. Lampreabre. Plus, I can never see him only 1X per year even when I am sick. Your system is broken and needs to be fixed. It is the only PCP office in the community that the office does not answer their calls?
Really happy with this place. The staff is very caring and patient, and they treat everyone like family. It’s clean, well-run, and they keep people active with different activities. Big peace of mind knowing my loved one is here.
Dr. McGill is an excellent doctor! She’s very caring, professional, and always takes the time to answer questions. However, bldg Staff deserves -0 stars. Post Script: The owner of this bldg is 100% unprofessional, rude and has no empathy for the people that visit this location. I highly Do Not Recommend visiting this center.
