I had a deeply unprofessional experience with Dr. Andrea Rodriguez. My first in-person appointment started 45 minutes late, and my subsequent video visit never happened at all! No call or explanation was provided. Furthermore, I reached out via MyChart with a message and never received a response. I felt there was a total lack of compassion and professional reliability. I would not recommend this practice.
The staff at Mount Sinai Primary & Specialty Care Coral Gables is wonderful. My appointment started on time with Dr. Lampreabe, who is a very good listener as well as a professional with whom one can be comfortable.
The office has to be able to answer all incoming call- The call center transfer calls to the PCP office to no avail. They don't return calls- I am talking specifically about the Coral Gables office, Dr. Lampreabre. Plus, I can never see him only 1X per year even when I am sick. Your system is broken and needs to be fixed. It is the only PCP office in the community that the office does not answer their calls?
Dr. McGill is an excellent doctor! She’s very caring, professional, and always takes the time to answer questions. However, bldg Staff deserves -0 stars. Post Script: The owner of this bldg is 100% unprofessional, rude and has no empathy for the people that visit this location. I highly Do Not Recommend visiting this center.
Dr. Gisell Mansur and assistants were great! Our visit was well worth it. She treated us with the knowledge of old school physicians who look you in your eyes, displaying great clinical and meticulously skills with real interest and care.
