The worst place you could ever think of going for a medical visit is Mount Sinai Medical Center. Especially the front desk — it’s by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone. Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism. Avoid it if you can.
Dr. Gisell Mansur and assistants were great! Our visit was well worth it. She treated us with the knowledge of old school physicians who look you in your eyes, displaying great clinical and meticulously skills with real interest and care.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist at the office is HORRIBLE. Upon arriving as a guest time patient, instead of a greeting she asks for patients name and proceeds to tell me that I am late and need to reschedule after waiting almost 2 months for an appt. Despite the fact that there wasn't parking and me expressing how my mom needs to be seen. She pretended to go speak with the doctor and came back offering to reschedule. I will never step foot in that unprofessional office again. I'll go elsewhere.
Scammers, unprofessional, dirty. Had an appointment with Krystell Gregorich who sent me a bill for $1,300 for a urine sample, then NEVER even called with the results. The office smelled and felt unsterile.
Having an appointment time means nothing here. You may wait an hour or more past your appointment time and only if you inquire di uou get taken back to wait another half hour. They do not take you in in order you come. Someone can be late to their appointment and still get in ahead of you. I honestly font see the point of having an appt time here. No wonder my blood pressure goes so high here.
