The worst place you could ever think of going for a medical visit is Mount Sinai Medical Center. Especially the front desk — it’s by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone. Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism. Avoid it if you can.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist at the office is HORRIBLE. Upon arriving as a guest time patient, instead of a greeting she asks for patients name and proceeds to tell me that I am late and need to reschedule after waiting almost 2 months for an appt. Despite the fact that there wasn't parking and me expressing how my mom needs to be seen. She pretended to go speak with the doctor and came back offering to reschedule. I will never step foot in that unprofessional office again. I'll go elsewhere.

Having an appointment time means nothing here. You may wait an hour or more past your appointment time and only if you inquire di uou get taken back to wait another half hour. They do not take you in in order you come. Someone can be late to their appointment and still get in ahead of you. I honestly font see the point of having an appt time here. No wonder my blood pressure goes so high here.

Not a one star for this location but for the appointment system at Mount Sinai in general. I should be able to know appointment availability at a particular center or with a particular doctor without having to give away all of my personal information, especially struggling to, as it's over a phone call. I spent 40 minutes on the phone, giving my personal information away to one employee, to be put on hold and answered by another employee with whom I had to go over my personal information from scratch. Thank you, Dr. George and her wonderful caring staff, from the wonderful receptionist to caring check out staff. They deliver excellence in healthcare and customer/patient experience. It is like going to a small town doctor's office in the sense that you feel great community and actually have fun at the doctor's office because of everyone's kindness and great conversation.
