Dr. McGill is an excellent doctor! She’s very caring, professional, and always takes the time to answer questions and follow up. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their well-being. I highly recommend her as a primary care provider!. The office staff, however, are not professionals and required training dealing with patients.
Dr. Gisell Mansur and assistants were great! Our visit was well worth it. She treated us with the knowledge of old school physicians who look you in your eyes, displaying great clinical and meticulously skills with real interest and care.
The worst place you could ever think of going for a medical visit is Mount Sinai Medical Center. Especially the front desk — it’s by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone. Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism. Avoid it if you can.
Dr. Lampreabe is great!—very knowledgeable, one who listens, interested in the whole person. I couldn’t ask for more from a Primary Care Physician.
Scammers, unprofessional, dirty. Had an appointment with Krystell Gregorich who sent me a bill for $1,300 for a urine sample, then NEVER even called with the results. The office smelled and felt unsterile.
