Great service
You can't set an appointment with the OB/GYN department directly - you have to wait for them to call you. It's been 1 week and I haven't gotten a call back. It's discriminatory towards women to go through so many hoops to get an appointment. I can get a cardiology or neurology appointment immediately but not a OB/GYN for a pap smear? Garbage and misogynist.
El lugar es muy limpio y las personas te atienden muy bien , pero si tienes una cita te preguntan hasta más de tres veces por que vienes a la cita, si ya tienen un referido que dice para que vienes , entonces por que todos te preguntan lo mismo , por teléfono te preguntan, cuando llegas te vuelven a preguntar la recepcionista, una vez a adentro la enfermera otra vez vuelve a preguntar . Realmente me sentí muy incómodo con esto .
This has been a highly disappointing experience. I requested a referral three weeks ago, and they assured me that it was in place. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the referral was not there, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. When I called the office on Biscayne, I had to wait for over 25 minutes, only to be hung up on when I inquired about the referral. Dont come here if u have heart problems Dr Fernandez sucks don't even call back for important tests results, also if u need to get prescription refills no one answer ur calls for days ,i chase my echo gram for a week till i went & got it my self
