My mom got openheart surgery in mtsinai hosp 12/13 n she's recovering n healing well. Thanking the Dr.s n staff involved.

amazing hospital great service ; great staff ; doctors explain each step on what they are going to do next
A lot of people talking amongst each other very little action... I can't believe the hospital rec'd the rights to build. Each department I'm moved to is the same thing. Soon.. coming now..then wait. Doesn't seem like anyone has any gauge on what the status of any one thing is. How do you keep people who are really sick..waiting just so you can chit chat with your coworkers. If I stood around my job talking and not working I would not be working.
