The upside is that there was no wait to be seen and space was wonderful. However I had a very disappointing experience with the provider . For context, I came in with worsening abdominal pain x 2weeks. I had an outside ultrasound report that recommended further MRI imaging if there are still concerns. However, this provider didn't offer any workup at all. The website says theres an ultrasound available but this provider said there actually isn't so he couldn't do one here. When I asked about next steps, the provider consider... read more

Be incredibly careful with the billing practices at this urgent care. I came in experiencing pain and was rushed through signing a digital tablet at the front desk without any clear, verbal disclosure of their fees. I later received a massive bill that included a sneaky 'Emergency Room / Facility Fee' just for walking through the door, which violates NY state transparency laws since it wasn't disclosed to me upfront. He prescribed one medication for a cough. I felt confused because I was experiencing severe sinus pressure headaches and ear pain. A few days later, my hearing i... read more

BE WARNED: this location is listed under "Urgent Care/Walk-In" on Mount Sinai's own website, but the physician charge is billed as an emergency visit. I came in for something minor in January 2026 expecting my $75 urgent care copay. Instead I got two bills — a $75 facility copay (correct) and a separate $213 physician charge that was coded as emergency medicine and applied to my deductible. I called Aetna and they confirmed the claim was submitted as an emergency visit and told me Mount Sinai needs to correct it. When I call... read more
