I have never been cared for so quickly in an ER. everyone was kind and attentive. I was sent for observation, didn't feel as if anyone was dismissive of my concerns.
The best urology doctor , Gupta Mantu ,my mom trust him and feels very confident ,he is so sweet to everyone and so caring .she knows he save her life and loves him !!!

I've been going to Mt. Sinai West for my diabetic and prenatal care and it's been great. But Yesterday to labor and delivery triage. I went because I wasn't feeling well but my experience was horrible. I got there at 215p and didn't leave till after 10p. And I left not feeling much better than when I got there. The only thing that got done was a swab for the flu and an asthma treatment. In over 8hrs of being there.
The nursing staff at mr Sinai are always great . Wonderful attitudes and super helpful.
The ER is god awful. The resident was nice...she was overwhelmed...staff was overwhelmed and understaffed. No one says "I'll be right with you" nothing...they just leave you in a room for hours.
