It was an awesome experience at the night service. When the veterans were called up and the flag was retired I was selected to help gold the flag. What was also cool was it was flag day. Thanks for the special memory.
I was there early in the morning did not take the tour but it is a amazing must see for everyone
This by far was the most awesome sight to witness. I plan to take my entire family there to experience.
The lighting ceremony is a can't miss. Bring a jacket since the wind can really pick up. Simply amazing
There is no better way to see the monument than at night. Wonderful film presentation, honoring of our veterans, lighting of the faces and our vets retiring the flag. I have seen it many times and never tire of it.
I'd been to the lighting ceremony in the past, but it, again, took my breath away
Was a nice experience but I got so tired out from the president trail walk all them steps were no joke.
It was a great experience..the weather was nice since there is no humidity..early June..bring sunglasses and a hat the sun it's really bright
Fantastic place to go see...lot of history..light show at 9.30..
