Good building with a perfect location. Easy access to transit.
We've been living here for a couple of years and have totally enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the LRT and office, maintenance requests are promptly handled, new windows and doors put in recently are more soundproof than the previous ones which is amazing. Our building manager, Harsh, is the best you can have, always accessible and ready to listen and help. And the party room, a delightful recent addition, spacious and quite affordable.
Mount royal house is strategically located downtown calgary, and the building is doing a lot of renovations to make tenants comfortable (Upgraded pool, gym and party room). The property manager, Harsh is a true lifesaver. I had an emergency recently and he was there to help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He also does an incredible job ensuring the building is kept safe and clean.
