I have been a tenant at Mount Royal House for the past year, and the building is very well maintained. The building manager, Harsh Guglani, is very helpful and always quick to resolve any issues I encounter. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
The newly installed windows are with improved sound proofing. Appreciation to the building management for the improvement.
The view from my unit is gorgeous and the building is clean and comfortable, but the view is what makes this place special. Sharing photo as its says better than words!
I lived in MRH for 7 months total - here is my honest and uncensored review. The only reasons for 1 star are 1) the general location and proximity to everything was great, and 2) the cost of rent was feasible. Those reasons aside, here is my compiled list of grievances: 1) While understanding that this is to no fault of building management, MRH physically lies right over top of the CP Rail Line tracks.
