Great place to live! The building is well maintained, and the management and maintenance teams are very helpful, professional, and responsive. Overall, a great living experience!
TENANT BEWARE I moved into this building in early 2021, here are some unbiased pros and cons I can point out. Pros: Downtown access; close to c train, night life, Cons: Unmonitored parking lot (they care if you’re parking illegally, not if there are break ins), common flooding on lower levels of the apartment (4 floods), inadequate facilities (sauna hasn’t worked in 6 years, cold underground pool in a windowless room; and what they call the party room was haphazardly thrown together has a rent increase incentive. She made our entire move-out process incredibly smooth and stress-free, and she was also very helpful in making our transition into another apartment easy.
