Harsh has been very helpful, as a tenant, whenever I have had an issue he was always there to assist. Pleasure to have him as my landlord.
Staff is friendly. The property manager Harsh is awesome and very helpful. Immediately accommodates any issues or concerns.
Pros: Pool, fitness room, sauna, secure mail room, friendly maintenance staff, secure building with night time security staff. Cons: Pool is small and shallow and the room is cold, fitness room is lacking in equipment, sauna works only sporadically, package theft by other tenants has personally been an issue, we've been dealing with hot water outages for literally months, as well as inconsistent management communication.
