Front desk was very rude on the phone. I can understand I had background noise, and was apologetic about it while rectifying the issue. Then I was informed that the practice is closing.
I have had a rollercoaster experience at this clinic. The visits themselves have been great, but the first receptionist took forever to come to the window, there was a sign that said " to check in call this number" so i called the number and as i was talking to someone the receptionist finally came to the window and explained that they were short staffed and she was doing the job of 4 people. I would’ve given zero stars if it was possible. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I took an hour and a half off work, which was very difficult to get so I could make my appointment. When I showed up, there was a sign that said to wait at the window and not to knock on it as I would be attended too shortly. I never do this !!!! Computers are not my friend .This is my FIRST EVER time writing a “review” comment. I went to Dr. Z office and had an excellent experience contrary to what some others are saying. My nurse Nathan was wonderful at his job!!! He could tell I am scared of doctors LOL. Answered all of our questions. Very kind and gentle young man. Doctor Z is an excellent urinologist. He was more methodical than my old family doctor was….. and absolutely HILARIOUS!!!!
