Very upset with the reception. They never pick up the calls.
Please hire the people on the reception who ACTUALLY value their job. Very frustrated with the reception for they never pick up the phone calls despite calling at different intervals. Spoke with a lady today asking for referral which still has not been done for 2 weeks till date. Kept calling all day several times on different intervals, yet no one picked up.
went a couple times, doctor Konrad has been good. The reception / waiting system is pretty bad. First time, check in and waiting for about an hour with everyone who had been there when i arrived had been seen, along with a few people arriving after me. I asked and was told there is a long wait and to be patient.. fine. Wait another 30min and asked again and they said they had a system issue and I wasn't on their doctor's computer. Do not waste your time if you are looking to get a walk-in appointment. I was told no twice last week and today I went at 9:20am as it says the clinic opens at 9:30. The receptionist said there is no more walk in availability already. After checking the schedule for the day after, she said most likely there is no spot tomorrow as well. It should not be advertised as accepting walk-ins.
I had a serious issue and went to the clinic becaise it is advertised that they accept walk-in patients. I appreciate as a walk-in that there are other appoints that are a priority, however, I got there shortly after they opened and the receptionist claimed there was no walk-ins that day. She further said walk-in appoints are dependent on if the doctor is available .... when someone makes the trip to a clinic when they are unwell, it isn't an easy journey. The least they should do is to change what they advertise.
