Worst customer service ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They stopped delivering water and still tried charging me for it. Then wouldn't come to even pick up the water cooler we were renting. I tried calling several times to get someone to pick up the bottles and water cooler and ended up throwing them away since they stopped answering their phones. Complete waste of time and regretted ever giving them billing information since this company is horribly managed.
I see all these low reviews, and am taken aback. The company is great and there are absolutely no problems if you go to their website and confirm your requested delivery at the scheduled date, and have your empties out for them to take! Even so, they knock on my door, every delivery date, and ensure everything is satisfactory. There was a problem with my payment method, for 3 months they didn't charge me, yet they still continued to serve. After a talk with customer support, we fixed the payment method, waived the late fees ... read more

Horrible service and rude non personality delivery drivers. I have tried to say hi numerous times and they just look at me like i'm an idiot? Am I not a customer? About to find another service.
Our driver constantly drops water in front of our door without seeing if we need it. We have more than we can handle. He either does that or wont come forever.
