I would recommend Mt. Juliet Family Care to anyone. They are professional, compassionate, and gracious. Cassie, office manager extraordinare, has been especially helpful and patient with me. She took time out of her very busy morning to guide me through tons of questions about an insurance issue. Cassie educated and empowered me. There are simply not enough gold stars in the cosmos to give Cassie and the team of providers at Mt. Juliet Family Care!
I can't say enough about Jim and Amanda, they are the 2 I have seen. They actually listen and reply with real answers! I swear, after months and months of search for a primary care doctor, I would recommend them hands down. I just hope they don't get so busy I can't get an appointment or they stop covering my insurance because I can't go back to bad doctor service. Thank God, someone actually cares about doing their jobs!!! Thank you guys more than you know.
I took my mom there this afternoon. They were VERY NICE!! Dr. Bruce was the one that saw her, he made her laugh, and feel very comfortable. Thank you again, to the staff for getting my mom in to be seen.
Everytime I go in there they are always so nice and Dr Cheeks always answers any questions I have and he always does what he can so I feel better. I love having such caring and patience staff when it comes to my health. Would highly recommend if anyone needs an awesome doctor.
