Excellent service team! We have had service performed twice, the second service was a big repair and they patiently explained everything and worked with us to find the most affordable way to take care of the issue. They are checking every box thus far. From checking in and sanitizing the vehicle to pulling my car in when I'm scheduled. They are cleaning surfaces and providing adequate seating( clean restroom and snacks!) I am just so impressed. I was going to take my car to midas but they are lacking on all levels. So the work I was going to have midas complete will now be completed here. Thank you Mt holly Nissan and your entire staff!

Excellent service from start to finish. Joel and Alicia started the process, and then we spoke with Anthony. He was awesome! Very honest and thorough. Helped us not only with the purchase, but also our trade. Michael, in sales, was fast and did a great job, even with our 4 kids in tow! Cholly, in finance, was very friendly and genuine. He explained everything and got us an awesome warranty. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and experience. Highly recommend this team!
Repeat customer here😁 Always a great service from Rashid. For leasing or purchasing, Rashid provides us the best deal around. Many transactions can be done online prior coming so that we don’t have to wait much to get a car. Also COVID-19 measures are in place & being respected so we felt comfortable when we got there.
