I purchased my rig from Mt Comfort RV. The people are all nice but the issue is they are so backed up in scheduling service that it is not much of a help. All my power went off inside the coach including both shore power and generator, so basically I can not use the coach. The service department gave me a mid July date for bring it in (I am writing this on May 20th). Clearly this does not work because it means no use for over 2 months.
