Leah will complain with the little things but doesn't take care of the big things like parking and children screaming all day.
One of the worst place to live it may be cheap but def not worth it I have messages from the first night with this manager claiming everything was all good no it was not disgusting don’t take care of the problem The manager is the worst of the worse she is rude and all around worst manager I’ve ever had I don’t recommend this apartment to my worse enemy that’s how bad it is and if you don’t believe me it’s OK cause when you move in you’ll see I have more photos to count on the evidence
I’m honestly wondering if management knows they have a receptionist like this. I have no idea how people are able to get an apartment here. She’s the rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with—she doesn’t even want to communicate! Isn’t that literally her job? No wonder this place has issues.
No background checks are conducted for this complex, as they seem to prioritize profit and quick turnover. The manager, Leah, can come across as rude and disrespectful, and her attitude isn't very welcoming. Without background checks, it's uncertain who your neighbors might be, which raises concerns about safety. Leah should consider managing Jail & people like her.
