I’m honestly wondering if management knows they have a receptionist like this. I have no idea how people are able to get an apartment here. She’s the rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with—she doesn’t even want to communicate! Isn’t that literally her job? No wonder this place has issues.

The manager, Leah, can come across as rude and disrespectful, and her attitude isn't very welcoming.
