I sat at OhioHealth New Albany ER for two hours before deciding to leave and come here. Turns out I had appendicitis so I’m glad I did! They took me back to be seen right away and the nurses, radiology dept, and doctor were all very warm, friendly, and kind. Best, and most efficient, ER experience I’ve had by far!
My doctors were very uneducated. She did not listen to me, she prescribed me a steroid medication even though I told her I have Lyme disease. Everyone knows you can’t take steroids with Lyme disease. She prescribed me 600 mg of ibuprofen every seven hours for eight days when I had Cdiff and told me I did not have Cdiff. she didn’t give me a stool sample. I had to come back and demand one, which then confirmed my diagnosis. I told her I’m not comfortable taking ibuprofen because that would inflame my colon more but she assure... read more
Quickest ER visit I’ve ever experienced. Took a family member there around 8:00 pm. In and out in under an hour with every concern thoroughly addressed.
First time I have been to this ER. Everyone was very kind and efficient! Highly recommend!
