Fast, professional, considerate service. I highly recommend
I’m 8 weeks post op a cervical fusion and developed excruciating pain to my surgical area. The pain was worse than immediately after the surgery. I went to this ER because it’s where my neurosurgeon recommends me to go. Dr. Williams literally sat on the stool next to me and said “what do you want me to do”. As a neuro patient he never assessed me physically. He asked me to squeeze his fingers and that was the extent of the exam. Never in my life have I been treated as poorly as Dr. Williams treated me. I left in tears.
If you are not white please do not come here! My brother got brought in by ambulance as he passed out, they had him sit down in a chair in the hallway for about 1 hour then moved us to a triage room (by a kind blonde tall nurse) then a brunette nurse comes in and pulls on his IV my brother yells ahhhh and she says ughh fine I’ll just leave it alone then throws it onto his lap and moves him to the lobby where we waited another 2 hours finally from 1:45pm to 4pm he was properly placed an IV and taken to a room. My wife couldn't breathe or swallow because of her throat and we've been here for 2 hours and they don't attend to us, they don't offer water, they didn't give her sheets, they never attended to us
