Sorry to say, but after losing my absolute favorite doctor I've ever had in my life, this office has gone to crap. They totally left me by the wasteside when Dr. Jeffers left. I heard he was fired. If that's true, the office made a terrible mistake. He understood his complex patients and used BOTH empathy and clinical knowledge to treat them with dignity and HE LISTENED. none of the providers I was forced to see after his leave cared. My doctor which was great left this practice I then get dumped into dr.Tillerys part he does not listen to his patients and top it off sent the wrong prescriptions to my pharmacy and now insurance won’t cover another one because they said it’s too early so how do you get medication that helps keep you alive when your sr. Drops the ball
