Staff is rude, my wife called to schedule an appointment for her birth control and this birth control is time sensitive so if it's not filled on time it can cause adverse side effects, they did not care. They claimed they had zero openings until outside the timeframe and that they wouldn't refill it until AFTER the appointment. Then they called the pharmacy to make sure they didn't refill it. I'm glad that some of you had a good experience with the nurses in the lab but for my first time going there wasn't very pleasant. I didn't feel very comforted and the nurse was moody.

Dr.Carroll is amazing, kind and brilliant. I was sick for 1 week with a horrible cough the ER couldn’t handle. One trip to Dr. Carroll, my cough was gone in 2 days. He knows what he’s doing. My original doctor left and Carroll was booked, so I got pushed into going to Dr Joshi. Don’t do it. She’s making it to where I now have to find another doctor after 25 years. I hate it. If you can’t get Dr Carroll or the NPs, find somewhere else. Joshi is a nightmare !!!
