The staff here is friendly and personable, very understanding and considerate of their patients. We were seen in a timely manner and they treated my mother well. Thank you!
I've been a patient here for many years, but I'm increasingly annoyed, for several reasons. First, while the main doctors are great, there's often too much demand for their time, so you frequently end up with a revolving door of very junior doctors. Second, I went in for my annual physical, they did standard bloodwork, but then somehow the lab messed up the billing so that the insurance wouldn't cover it fully, even though under the Affordable Care Act, the annual physical should be covered at 100%. Been going for about 6 years. Dr Fate is awesome. Knows what he’s talking about no matter the issue, very to the point and wants to help. Very personable. Office staff is easy to work with as well.
My family has been patients of Dr Boysel for many years and I can’t say enough about how amazing he is!!! I want to leave this review though for the staff that answer the phones! Especially Anthony and Tyisha. I have never experienced people who actually want to do everything they can to help you solve a problem and follow it through to the end.
