Are there zero stars they have terrible customer service treat you like crap. I ran out of blood pressure pills and they wouldnt refill so I guess I’ll die.
I have been seen by both Laurie Simon and Dr. Katel and they are both wonderful providers. I've never had a single issue and they always make sure they covered everything I needed taken care of.
I only continue to come to this office because they are close in proximity. The front desk is rude, always cutting you off. I think they want patients to utilize the online billing/scheduling and refills but anytime you do this, it’s missed and you have to call in anyway. This has been the case in several instances. I switched my pharmacy to Amazon and getting that office to cooperate was nearly impossible. Last time I needed an RX refill, it was denied. The staff here is friendly and personable, very understanding and considerate of their patients. We were seen in a timely manner and they treated my mother well. Thank you!
