My 72 year old mother was taken to your hospital for chest pain a week ago tomorrow. She has dementia and was alone!!!!! She can’t make decisions on her own!!I am her POA and I wasn’t able to be with her at all. I sat in the parking lot for 5 hours while she sat confused as to why she was their. Even thought there is a no visitor policy for covid this should’ve been a no brained. if you have an elderly parent do not take them to this hospital. they will over medicate them keep them drugged up tie them down and basically give them extremely poor care. if you love your elderly family member take them anywhere but this hospital.
worst hospital ever, no one knows anything and when they do it's all different answers, some of the nurses were nice but 90% of them were rude, they do not keep you updated or communicate anything, talking to a doctor of a patient to get a better understanding of the situations is a joke. If my husband could be moved to another hospital I would in a heartbeat. If this continues I will be reaching out to a patient advocate and head of the hospital!
RecommendedI've been here a few times over the last 6 months and ended up needing surgery as well. I've never had a bad experience here. everyone has been extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. I won't go anywhere else for care.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THEY WHERE SO RUDE
Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional staff who don't verify anything. They assume guilty, and have no remorse when proven wrong! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

they was trying to put my mom in the nrusing home without my say so I had been stressed out over week since she been in this hospital is the worst hospital in the city of COLUMBUS ohio that need to be shut the hell down I won't never come back to this house again zero Stars
my dad underwent heart surgery today. I called to check on him and they told me two of my siblings had already called and they should update me and I shouldn't call. this is the second time he's been in this hospital and he had the worst experience both times. the nurses and staff really need some bedside manner or they should find another job. I'd die before I'd go or send anyone I love to this hospital.
