Extremely disappointing experience with Tamara Jessiman. I called ahead to let the office know I was running late and arrived literally 40 seconds after the grace period. Despite knowing I was there seeking treatment for a painful yeast infection, she refused to see me over 40 seconds. I understand policies, but this complete lack of compassion and reasonable judgment from a healthcare provider was unacceptable. Not only that, but she was already seeing another patient, so they were going to make me wait anyway!
Dr. Hoffman was knowledgeable, clear, and caring. The whole staff was also very kind and friendly.
My wife went to see Dr Tamara and the Dr was just so rude to her. My wife is still in pain. She did not hear her problem and was unable to provide proper support.
