Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

No, no one seemed to notice I was there Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
