RecommendedI have had nothing but wonderful care here and am grateful we are blessed in this county to have our own hospital and clinics. I have complete faith in my Nurse Practitioner, Linda C. She is excellent!! I have had quality care from her, Medical Imaging, Physical Therapy, Surgery, The Emergency Department, and JoAnn in Billing has always eased my worries about unpaid portions of bills and I've not had to pay a nickel. The specialty clinic is also a great convenience! I give this hospital a rating of 5 stars. More if I could.
was a great community hospital until Gunderson took over. went to see Dr. and while talking to him about several issues was having he told me that now that Gunderson took over he could only talk to me about 2 issues and that I would have to make another appointment to talk about the other issue per Gunderson rules.Great to have a all for profit hospital. Wish had the old Moundview back. Thanks Gunderson for making our small community hospital into a big city all about profit hospital
The imaging department is the best. All the ladies are fantastic and the weekend tech is great! Great overall department.
This review is strictly for the Clinic-Dr M, her nurse, Dr D and his nurse, lost paperwork 5 sets of the same paperwork re-sent and Dr D nurse laughed about not knowing where it went, lies upon lies to excuse lack of communication and follow-through. Unreturned phone calls. No updates in my medical record from November until NOW, when I saw Dr M each month and the final excuse she gave me yesterday was "I just don't have time to do paperwork". I would rate this 0 stars if it was possible. I have had repeated trips to the hospital to correct a billing issue (never billed my insurance, billed me incorrectly). Then when I corrected the issue and thought it was resolved and paid, I get another bill with a different amount. I don't understand how this hospital is still in business with all the numerous problems with billing and care I have heard about from other people. Unless you are dying and there is no other hospital, avoid this place like the plague.
I think Doctor John David is the best I hope he stays a long time he's a good Doctor
Worst hospital I've ever been to. Would not go here if my life depended on it.
