My company helps out with painting projects at this Community and their management staff does a great job, their service staff cares about quality and it is very well ran. If I were looking for an apartment or town home to rent I would start first at Moundford Terrace because I would know that if their was something I needed they would take care of it. From a vendor relationship standpoint, they always pay their bills on time and they are great to work with.
Live here ONLY if you don’t care about your quality of life. Truly subpar. Only place I’ve lived worse than this was woodcrest. Expect mold in your apartment. Expect to purchase your own air filters because they should be changing them routinely, but that basically never happened. Don’t expect to use the “amenities” you pay for. (The pool was closed for months in season). Expect to be treated like the check you sign to live there… money in their pockets. As far as customer service goes. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, they will charge your for damages that were not yours! I saw the reviews and thought, "man but I really need this apartment" it is not worth it, never ever again
I stayed here back when I first got out of the Marine Corps. The maintenance guys would constantly go into my apartment when I left for work so they could watch tv on my big screen. I confronted the office about it and they radioed the maintenance guys if they did it. They denied it. Of course they denied it. However I would come home and light switches would be flipped differently than how I kept them. I eventually noticed that my tv would be on channels I never watched. Had a constant flooding problem and many other issues that were never resolved office lady was terribly rude and a year later found out they decided to send a 2000 dollar debt to collections without ever trying to contact me. Would never reccomend or become a renter of these owners again.
