Discussed purchasing a vehicle from this dealership via email for a week. We are from out of town and we were planning a day to make the trip to purchase the vehicle. The business owner,Tony, informed me that they would put the vehicle on a temporary hold because I was coming out of town. Actually, his exact words were "Just let me know what works for you and we will put it on a temporary hold since you're coming from out of town." Pretty good experience. Nice car, more than fair price and a no pressure experience. So far the car is doing well a couple of weeks out and at this point I wouldn't hesitate to go back if there was a car available that I was interested in buying.
They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make the sale. They listened to my concerns and made fair adjustments to price. I loved the car, but did not buy the car in the end; decided I did not want a convertible. Will keep them in mind when I am looking to buy another car.
