Mounce contacted me within hours, it was a pleasure to hear from them . When I was shopping I purchased a truck before I got to their facility.
Was told car would be at dealers lot. It wasn't. Drove to where it was,another 15 minutes, got there and car was up on a lift NO WHEELS on it. Not trust worthy dealer.

Regrettably this vehicle was in service to have 4 new tires put on at the time he called.When he told us he was on his way we attempted to have the tires installed immediately. Unfortunately he arrived before the tires were installed and we didn't have sufficient time to get the vehicle back to our El Paso location without having him wait.He was given directions to where the vehicle was being serviced so he could go to that location, approximately 15 minutes away, to look at the vehicle. It doesn't get much better. The guys there are great and have very nice inventory. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal!
