Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a medical office.
We waited for more than an hour, didn’t get any results, took the documents and went to another doctor.
Not the nicest doctor's office but the nurse practitioner was friendly and made time to see me even though there was a mistake with my appt scheduling. They accept Medi-Cal Community group and use Quest for blood tests. If you can't get through to make an appointment & have to leave a message, don't expect a call back. Just keep calling.
