Had a very unique and hard problem on my car, where the ground point bolt for the battery in the rear broke off. Almost every single shop told me they couldn’t do it and that I should try to do the job myself, however Motus Auto was different. Over the phone, Luis (the owner) gave me advice on what to do if I wanted to do it myself. When I couldn’t, without hesitation he told me they could get it done. Just had my Lexus serviced at this shop - one of the best shops that I've received services from, in a long time. The service itself is amazing but what's important is that Luis (the owner) controls the quality as well as communication for every vehicle. I don't necessarily live close to this shop but I make it a point to drive out there because its highly unlikely that I'll find anything better in the Chicagoland area as well as nearby suburbs. I Highly recommend Motus! Louis, Mary and their team of technicians do an excellent job in taking care of my 2019 Audi S4. I have been taking it to them for service after the factory warranty expired. Louis explains everything thoroughly and never "pushes" you into doing things that aren't really necessary. Their prices are so much better than using a dealer and their customer service is Tops! You won't be disappointed!
