Went there yesterday pulled into the driveway and this guy looked at me like I was a alien. He was talking to 2 customers, kept signaling me to stop my car with a disgruntled look on his face! Then I asked what year is a car for sale I was looking at and he said they all have the year on them. Ok buddy!! I was considering some cars from this company, but after reading the reviews, it’s clear this place is not trustworthy— especially with such disrespectful employees. What a horrible service. Thankfully, I checked here before wasting my time with people who have no idea how to treat customers.
As we can see, we have a fine gentleman working at this company. Very polite with potential new customers (contains irony). Just because I asked for 2 Carfax reports on two different cars, this “gentleman” responded with all this rudeness. I wanted the Carfax so I wouldn’t waste my time, since I live far away, but in the end it was actually a good thing, because now I definitely know which company I won’t be going to. First off in the past I have bought 2 cars from mottollas when they were on bridge street. Customer service was great. So I referred my parents to go buy one off them. To my astonishment My elderly father was mistreated when my dad brought the car back twice.On day 9 for a rattle which was dealt with. So My father got the car checked at a mechanic after having more issues.Then he brought the car back to mottolas again on day 20.
